| 摘 要： | 目的 建立复方骨肽注射细菌内毒素的方法。方法 采用动态浊度法对复方骨肽注射液细菌内毒素检查进行研究。结果 复方骨肽注射液细菌内毒素限值确定为17.5EU/mL。结论 采用动态浊度法控制复方骨肽注射液的质量是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the test for bacterial endotoxins of compound ossotide injection.Methods The experimentwas carried outwith kinetic-turbidity assay.Results The endotoxins limits of compound ossotide injection were 17.5 EU/mL.Conclusion It is feasible to control quality of compound ossotide injection by test for endotoxins. |
