effect of lextme shift schedule and corregponding worlflow

objective To adapt our department to scientific development by flextime and corresponding workflow.Methods Shift schedule was flexibly adjusted so as to increase human resource at heavy-job moment and to reconstruct workflow.Results Flextime excavated potential of human resource,appropriated our department’s work and benefited its development.Conclusion Flextime not only provides scientific,safe and humanistic service to the patients,but also utilizes human resource scientifcally and reasonably,thus is propitious to nurses’ physical and psychological health.
