吲哒帕胺联合培哚普利对老年高血压病人血尿酸及高敏C-反应蛋白的影响

目的：探讨培哚普利联合吲哒帕胺对老年高血压患者的血压、血尿酸（UA）及C-反应蛋白的影响。方法：60例老年高血压患者随机分成两组,对照组（吲哒帕胺组）30例,观察组（培哚普利加吲哒帕组）30例,观察12 w,比较治疗前后患者血压、血钾、血UA及C-反应蛋白等指标的变化。结果治疗后两组收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.O1）,两组比较无差异（P〉0.05）;对照组治疗前后比较,血UA浓度明显升高（P〈0.O1）,C-反应蛋白浓度无明显差异（P〉0.05）,血钾明显降低（P〈0.01）,观察组治疗前后血UA及血、C-反应蛋白均明显下降（P〈0.O1）。结论：吲哒帕胺和培哚普利联合治疗老年高血压病,较单独用药更有效地控制血压,降低血UA及减少低血钾的发生,减轻炎性反应状态,保护靶器官,具有良好的安全性和耐受性。

effect of combining with indapamind and perindopril for c-reuation protin and wric acid in elderly hypertension patlents blood pressure

Objective To investigate the combined perindopril indapamide in elderly hypertensive patients blood pressure,serum uric acid(UA) and C-reactive protein.Methods 60 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group(indapamide group) 30 patients in the observation group(perindopril combinated with indapamide group)30 cases were observed 12w,before and after treatment blood pressure,blood potassium,serum UA and C-reactive proteinand other indicators.results After treatment,systolic and diastolic blood pressuredecreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.O1),showed no difference(P> 0.05);the control group before and after treatment,blood UA concentrations were significantly higher(P<0.O1),C-reactive protein concentration was no significant difference(P> 0.05),serum potassium decreased significantly(P<0.01),observed before and after treatment and blood serum UA,C-reactive proteinwere significantly decreased(P<0.O1).Conclusion indapamide and perindoprilcombination therapy in elderly hypertensive patients,more effective than medicational one in controlling blood pressure,lower serum UA and reduce the incidence low serum potassium,reduced inflammatory response to the state,to protect target organs,with good safety and tolerability.
