150例咽异感症患者心理健康状况调查

目的探讨咽异感症患者的心理健康状况,为精神药物及心理治疗咽异感症提供依据和指导。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和自编一般情况量表对150例咽异感症患者进行问卷调查,并与全国常模进行比较。结果 SCL-90总分≥160分者比例,女性组显著高于男性组（P〈0.05）。咽异感症患者SCL-90的焦虑、抑郁、强迫和躯体化因子分显著高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;焦虑和人际关系敏感因子分女性显著高于男性（P〈0.01）。结论咽异感症患者存在明显的心理健康问题,且女性更为严重,需要进行心理疏导和治疗,甚至药物治疗。

A Study on the Mental Health of 150 Patients Suffering from Pharyngeal Paraesthesia

Objective To explore the mental health of the patients who suffer from refractory pharyngeal paraesthesia,and provide guidance for drug and psychological treatment of the refractory pharyngeal paraesthesia patients.Methods For 150 cases suffering from pharyngeal paraesthesia,the Symptom Checklist-90 and general self-made scale were used to collect the information,and compared to the national norm.Results With regard to the proportion of SCL-90 total score greater than 160,female group was higher than male group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the national norm,the anxiety,depression and somatization factor score of the refractory pharyngeal paraesthesia patients′ Symptom Checklist-90 were significantly higher and different（P〈0.05）.The anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity factor scores of female group were significantly higher than those of male group.Conclusion Compared with the general patients,patients who suffer from refractory pharyngeal paraesthesia had obvious mental symptoms,relevant drug and psychological treatment should be carried out.
