间充质干细胞的免疫特性与临床应用新进展

间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种重要的多潜能干细胞,具有多向分化的潜能、支持造血、免疫调节等功能。其特殊的免疫学特性越来越引起学者们的关注。最近的研究显示,MSCs本身免疫原性低,同时具有免疫调节作用,体外可以影响淋巴细胞和其他免疫细胞的功能,在体内MSCs也表现出了类似免疫抑制剂的作用。现就近年来MSCs的免疫调节作用的研究进展和在临床疾病治疗中的应用予以综述。
