小青龙汤加味对变应性鼻炎大鼠鼻黏膜病理形态及血浆组胺含量的影响

目的:观察小青龙汤加味对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠鼻黏膜病理形态和血浆组胺含量的影响,揭示小青龙汤加味治疗AR的部分现代生物学基础。方法:将40只W istar雄性大鼠按体重随机分成生理盐水对照组、变应性鼻炎模型对照组、小青龙汤治疗组、小青龙汤加味治疗组、息斯敏治疗组,每组8只。采用卵蛋白全身致敏与局部攻击方法制作AR大鼠模型,光镜观察小青龙汤加味治疗后鼻黏膜病理形态和测定血浆组胺含量,结果进行统计学分析。结果:模型对照组可见鼻黏膜水肿、充血,重度炎细胞浸润,黏膜上皮坏死。各治疗组炎症程度均有改善,以小青龙加味组效果最好。模型组血浆组胺含量明显升高,小青龙汤加味治疗组血浆组胺含量明显降低。小青龙汤加味治疗组优于小青龙汤治疗组。结论:小青龙汤加味治疗AR的作用途径之一是通过降低组胺含量,从而减轻鼻黏膜变应性炎症。

Effect of the Variant Xiaoqinglong Decoction on Plasm Histamine and Pathological Shape in Nasal Mucosa in Allergic Rhinitis Rats

Objective: To observe the effect of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction on plasm histamine and pathological shape in nasal mucosa in allergic rhinitis rats and to show the part mechanism of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction treating allergic rhinitis.Methods: 40 wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,the xiaoqinglong decoction group,the variant xiaoqinglong decoction group and astemizole group with 8 cases in each group according to its weight.Generally sensitized rats were received repeated local booster sensitization into nasal cavity with egg albumin.Pathological shape in nasal mucosa was reviewed by optical microscope,Plasm histamine was assayed using Elisa double antibody sandwich method.Results: There was obviously edema,congestion,inflammatory cells and epithelium necrosis in nasal mucosa in control group.There was a few inflammatory cells in other treating groups and there was few in the variant xiaoqinglong decoction group.Plasm histamine increased significantly in AR model group and decreased remarkably to normal nearly in the variant xiaoqinglong decoction group.The variant xiaoqinglong decoction group was better than xiaoqinglong decoction group.Conclusion:One of mechanism of the variant xiaoqinglong decoction treating AR may lower plasm histamine content of in AR rats and alleviate allergic inflammation in nasal mucosa membranes.
