生存素在子宫腺肌瘤中的表达及临床意义

目的 :探讨生存素 (survivin ,SVV)在子宫腺肌瘤在位内膜、异位内膜的表达 ,研究以SVV为核心的细胞凋亡、血管生成机制、患者孕产次与子宫腺肌瘤发病的相关性及其作用。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测子宫腺肌瘤在位内膜、异位内膜及正常对照组内膜中SVV ,endoglin蛋白表达 ,探讨其与研究对象孕产次间的关系。 结果 :子宫腺肌瘤异位内膜组SVV蛋白的表达和微血管密度显著高于在位内膜组和异位内膜组 (P <0 .0 1) ,SVV蛋白的表达和微血管密度均与流产次数呈正相关 ,且增殖期宫内膜、分泌期宫内膜SVV蛋白表达与endoglin蛋白表达呈显著相关性。结论 :SVV的过度表达可能参与了子宫腺肌瘤的发病过程 ,以其为核心的细胞凋亡和血管生成机制与子宫腺肌瘤的发病关系密切。

Expression and Significance of Survivin in Adenomyosis

Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin in normal human endometrium and in adenomyosis,and to study its function in the course of adenomyosis. Methods: Specimens of normal endometrium,ectopic endometrial tissue and eutopic endometrial tissue in adenomyosis were obtained for immunohistochemical survivin and endoglin analyses. Results: The expression of survivin and microvessel density in ectopic endometrial tissue of adenomyosis were significantly higher than those of normal endometrium and eutopic endometrial tissue in adenomyosis ( P < 0.01 ). And survivin expression was significantly associated with endoglin expression in endometrium of proliferative phase and secretory phase( r =0.612,P <0.01). Conclusion: The overexpression of survivin and surviving-collected apoptosis and angiogenesis mechanism might play a pathogenic role in the development of adenomyosis.
