| 摘 要： | 评价尿激酶和蝮蛇抗栓酶对急性心肌梗塞的溶栓效果，以选择有效而可靠的溶栓药物。将１００例急性心肌梗塞病人分成两组，分别用尿激酶和蝮蛇抗栓酶进行溶栓治疗。尿激酶组６０例（男４６例，女１４例），蝮蛇抗栓酶组４０例（男２２例，女１８例）。结果，尿激酶组明显优于蝮蛇抗栓酶组，蝮蛇抗栓酶对急性心肌梗塞早期疗效不佳。结果提示，尿激酶溶栓疗效肯定，蝮蛇抗栓酶不能作为急性心肌梗塞早期溶栓的首选药，但是对于入院偏晚的病人，连续应用还是能够取得一定效果的。

Comparative study of thrombolysis therapy in acute myocardial infarction with urokinase and ahylysantinfanctase |

| Abstract: | The paper was to evaluate thrombolysis effects of urokinase and ahylysatinfarctase on acute myocardial infarction for the selection of suitable agents.In present study,100 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups:urokinase group contained 60 cases and ahylysatinfarctase the other 40.The results show urokinase had better thrombolsis effect than ahylysatinfarctase.Ahylysantinfarctase had no effect in early stage of acute myocardial infarction.The results indicate that urokinase had definite treatment effect on acute myocardial infarction.Ahylysatinfarctase has little effect and can not be thrombolysis agent of choice for acute myocardial infarction,but in continuous use,it might be benificial to late thrombolysis. |
