食管癌肉瘤的X线表现(附5例报告)

目的:探讨食管癌肉瘤的X线表现,提高对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的食管癌肉瘤影像资料。5例均行食管钡剂造影和电子纤维胃镜检查,5例均行手术治疗。结果:食管钡剂造影显示病变位于食管中段2例,下段3例。食管腔扩张4例,狭窄1例。管壁柔软4例,僵硬1例。结论:息肉型食管癌肉瘤有一定的X线特征性表现,浸润型食管癌肉瘤缺乏影像学特征。

X-ray Diagnosis of Esophageal Carcinosarcoma (a Report of 5 Cases)

Objective:To study the imaging appearances of esophageal carcinosarcoma.Methods:5 cases of esophageal carcinosarcoma underwent esophageal barium examination,electronic fibro-gastroscopy,surgery and proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results:On esophageal barium contrast study,the locations of tumor were as follows:middle esophagus(2 cases) and lower esophagus(3 cases).Dilation of esophagus was showed in 4 cases and stenosis of esophagus in 1 case.Pliability of esophageal wall was showed in 4 cases and rigidity in 1 case.Conclusion:Characteristic image features can be assessed in polypoid type of esophageal carcinosarcoma,while no characteristic features can be shown in infiltrative type.
