| 摘 要： | 目的观察闭塞性动脉硬化症康复护理的效果。方法120例闭塞性动脉硬化症患者采用随机分组法,分为康复组(60例)和对照组(60例)。前者采用康复护理,后者采用常规护理。2个月后比较疗效和生活质量。结果康复组疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=5.4268,P<0.05)。结论康复护理应用于闭塞性动脉硬化症能改善患者肢体血运功能,疾病控制,症状缓解,抑郁和焦虑障碍减轻,日常生活能力增强,生活质量明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation and nursing care for arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods 120 cases of arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into rehabilitation group ( n =60 cases) receiving rehabilitation and nursing care and control group ( n =60 cases) receiving routine nursing care. The therapeutic effects and quality of living were compared after 2 months. Results The therapeutic effects in the rehabilitation group were obviously superior to those in the control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Rehabilitation and nursing care for the patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans could improve the blood supply of extremities, control illness, relief symptoms, alleviate depression and anxiety and promote daily living ability so as to increase the quality of living. |
