高血压脑出血病人下肢深静脉血栓形成及相关因素分析

目的：探讨高血压脑出血病人发生下肢深静脉血栓诸多因素。方法：对40例高血压脑出血病人意识状态、出血部位、出血量进行评估，检测D－二聚体，TM及PT，APTT，Fg，HCT，PLT，WBC相关血栓形成因素。结果：血栓组和非血栓组意识状态、出血部位分别进行x^2检验，P＞0．05，无显性差异。对出血量进行x^2检验，≤30ml组P＞0．05，无显性差异，＞30ml组P＜0．05，有显性差异。血栓组和非血栓组D－二聚体（第1天，第6天），TM(第1天，第6天）行t检验，存在显性差异（P＜0．05），非血栓组D－二聚体（第1天，第6天）行t检验，有显性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：高血压脑出血急性期，病人血液均呈现高凝状态，出血量及血管内皮损伤程度对下肢静脉血栓形成有明显影响。

The Analysis about the Relative Factors of Thrombosis in Deep Vein of Low Limbers in Patients Suffering from Cerebral Hemorrhage with Hypertention

Objective: To investigate some factors of thrombosis in deep vein of low limbers in patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage with hypertention. Methods: To evaluate the condition of consciousness, the location and volume of cerebral hemorrhage for 40 patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage with hypertention, examine factors of thrombosis, D-dimer, TM, FT, APTT,Fg,HCT,PLTand WBC. Results: To check X2 test for consciousness,the location of cerebral hemorrhage for thrombus group and non-thrombus group (P > 0.05) .shows no significant, to check X2 test for the volume of cerebral hemorrhage , ag 30ml group (P >0.05), shows no significant, > 30ml group (P < 0.05), shows significant, to check t test for D - dimer (first day and the sixth day ) ,TM( first day and the sixth day ) for thrombus group and non - thrombus group (P < 0.05), shows significant, D - dimer (first day and the sixth day ), shows significant. Conclusion: During acute period of cerebral hemorrhage with hypertention, the patients blood shows high coagulate state, the volume of cerebral hemorrhage and the trauma of blood vessel endoder-mis having significant affect on thrombosis in deep vein of low limbers.
