摘    要:目的 比较监测血管通路功能的不同手段。方法 1997年10月 ̄1998年3月对26例规律性血透患者的血管通路进行功能检查,包括测量动态透析静脉压、通路再循环率、彩色多普勒超声检查。结果 26例患者中5例存在通路功能产良且均出现超声显像异常,仅1例动态透析静脉压升高,未出现通路再循环长高和血流量降低。结论 动态透析静脉压和通路再循环率虽能用于监测通路功能,但有一定的局限性;超声显像检查能直观的异常病

Abstract:Objective To compare the different monitorings of access function in hemodialysis. Methods Examined the access function of 26 regularly hemodialysis patients, dynamic venous pressure(VDP), percentage urea access recirculation(R), doppler ultrasound were evaluated simultaneously in Oct. 1997 to Mar. 1998. Results 5 stenosis or occlusive events were found.All had abnormalities in ultrasound image, 1 had elevation in VDP, R were normal and access flow were over 400ml/min. Conclusion VDP and R can be used in monitoring access function, but there is some limitation in detecting access dysfunction. Doppler ultrasound can find abnormal event directly, it is an effective method for access function monitoring.
