婴儿暖箱贮水槽充水湿化对箱内细菌污染影响的研究

摘    要:目的:观察暖箱贮水槽充水湿化对箱内细菌污染的影响。方法:将使用暖箱的72例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组,比较相同条件下暖箱常规充水湿化与否对箱内物体表面和空气的细菌培养合格情况。结果:观察组的暖箱内物体表面、空气细菌培养合格率比对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:暖箱不宜常规充水湿化;使用婴儿暖箱应监测箱内湿度,当湿度过低时才充水湿化。

Abstract:Objective:To identify the effect of moisture in the water-storing sink of baby genial tank on bacterial reproduction insides.Methods:72 premature infants placed in baby genial tanks were divided into two groups:observation group and contract group.In the contract group the water-storing sinks in the baby genial tanks were usually kept full of distilled water and in the observation group the water-storing sinks needed not be usually filled with water.Under the same conditions the bacterial cultivation results in the water-storing sinks of both groups were compared.Results:The qualified rate of bacterial cultivation on the objects and in the air inside the box of observation group was obviously higher than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Genial tanks deed not be moistruized usually,and the moisture in baby genial tanks regularly monitered,only when the moisture in the genial tanks is excessively low the water-storing sinks should be filled with water for moisturization.
