替米沙坦与雷米普利联用对轻中度高血压病患者血压及心功能的影响

目的探讨替米沙坦和雷米普利单用或联合用药的降压作用及对心脏功能的影响。方法将126例轻、中度原发性高血压病患者随机分为3组,分别予以替米沙坦、雷米普利、替米沙坦和雷米普利联合治疗,8周后观察治疗前后血压、心功能的变化,记录药物不良反应,结合实验室检查结果作安全性评估。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后各组血压均明显降低（P〈0.01）,超声多普勒显示舒张晚期峰值速度A明显下降,E/A比值明显增加（P〈0.01）,单用组间差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,而联合用药组较单独用药组更明显（P〈0.05）;各组在治疗前后的左心室射血分数（LVEF）及左心室短轴缩短率（FS）无明显变化（P〉0.05）;替米沙坦和联用组的不良反应少见。结论替米沙坦和雷米普利联合用药可显著降低血压,改善左心室舒张功能,比单独用药效果明显,且安全性和耐受性较好。
