| 摘 要： | 目的 提高治疗原发性胆囊癌疗效.方法 对经手术和病理证实的32例原发性胆囊癌进行回顾性分析.结果 存活5年以上1例,2年以上2例,1年以上3例,2～10个月内死亡19例.结论 原发性胆囊性预后极差,五年生存率不足4%,术后平均生存期约10个月.

| Abstract: | PURPOSETo improve treatment results of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder. METHODS Analysis of 32 cases that had been proven by surgical histological examination as primary carcinoma of the gallbladder. RESULTS One patient survived more than 5 years after operation, two patients survived more than 2 years after operation, three patients survived more than 1 year after operation, nineteen patients died 2 to 10 months after operation. CONCLUSION Prognosis of primary carcinoma of the gallbladder is very poor. 5 years survival rates lower than 4%. 1 year survival rate lower than 14%, On the average survival was about 10 months after operation. |
