老年干部病房住院患者口服用药及健康教育状况调查

目的调查老年住院患者疾病状况及口服用药的种类和数量,为提高临床护士口服用药健康教育提供依据。方法采用时点调查方法对某老年病房住院患者的口服药服用种类和数量进行调查并分析其疾病诊断及口服用药系统分布情况。结果老年住院患者疾病种类前3位为心血管疾病、肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病;服药种类和数量偏多,位居前3位者为心血管药物、消化系统用药和营养保健类药物;老年患者口服用药健康教育开展效果不满意。结论老年患者是发生药物相互作用及不良反应的高危人群,临床护士应重视老年住院患者口服用药的健康教育。

State investigation of oral drugs and health education in elderly inpatients

Objective To investigate the state of disease and the kinds and amounts of oral drugs used in the elderly inpatients,and to provide the policy for clinical nurses to elevate the healthy education for the oral drugs.Methods The time and point method was used to investigate the kinds and amounts of oral drugs used in patients of one elderly ward.Then,the disease diagnosis and the systematic distribution of oral drugs were analyzed.Results The first three diseases in the elderly patients were cardiovascular,tumor and respiratory system disease.The kinds and amount of oral drugs were too much,and the first three were cardiovascular,digestive system and health-protective drugs.The effect of the health education for the oral drugs in the elderly patients was dissatisfied.Conclusions The elderly patients are the high-risk group for the drug interaction and adverse effect.The clinical nurses should enhance the consciousness for the health education about the oral drugs in the elderly patients.
