| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨稳心颗粒治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的临床疗效.方法:随机将冠心病室性期前收缩患者153例分为治疗组和对照组,2组患者明确诊断后,在积极治疗原发病的同时逐步给予耐受量的美托洛尔,治疗组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒,观察2组患者治疗前后心悸、胸闷等症状的改善以及心电图变化情况.结果:治疗组显效率、有效率及总有效率明显高于对...

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the curative effect of WenXin qranuie in patients with coronary artery disease ventricular extrasystole.Method：153 patients were divided into treatment group and controled group randomly.All patients were given treatment of the primary disease and the tolerance dose of metoprolol gradually.Treatment group was given WenXin qranuie additionally.To observe the changes of palpitations,chest symptoms and ECG changes before and after treatment.Result：The efficiency and total efficiency in treatment group were significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.The inefficiency in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）;The 24-hour ventricular extrasystole in treatment group that was significantly lower than the control group after 1 month（P0.05）.Conclusion：WenXin qranuie＇s effect in coronary artery disease ventricular extrasystole is stable and reliable and has no significant adverse drug reactions. |
