前S1抗原与乙肝病毒标志物检测结果的分析

目的 探讨乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝病毒标志物的关系及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对1067例HBsAg阳性的血清作前S1抗原及乙肝病毒标志物（HBsAg、抗-HBs、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc）进行检测。结果在HBsAg（＋）、HBeAg（＋）、抗-HBc（＋）；HBsAg（＋）、HBeAg（＋）；HBsAg（＋）、抗-HBe（＋）、抗-HBc（＋）和HBsAg（＋）、抗-HBc（＋）等5种模式中，前S1抗原检出率分别为60.5％（245／405）、59.8％（52／87）、14．3％（72／504）和7．0％（5／71）。HBeAg阳性者与HBeAg阴性者前S1抗原检出率的差异具有非常显著性的意义（P〈0.01）。结论前S1抗原与HBeAg具有较好的一致性，能反映乙肝病毒复制情况，同时亦能反映HBeAg阴性患者体内是否有病毒复制．与传统的乙肝病毒标志物检测可相互补充。

Analysis of the relationship between Pre-S1 antigen and HBV-markers in serum

Objective To discuss the relationship between Pre-S1 Antigen(Pre-S1) and hepatitis B virus markers in serum(HBV-M) and their clinical significance. Methods Pre-S1 and HBV-M were simultaneously detected by ELISA in 1067 serum samples from HBsAg positive patients. Results The positive rates of Pre-S1 were 60.5%(245/405),59.8%(52/87),14.3%(72/504)and 7.0%(5/71)among the four positive patterns with HBsAg,HBeAg,Anti-HBc;HBsAg,HBeAg;HBsAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc and HBsAg,Anti-HBc.The Detection of Pre-S1 antigen in HbeAg positives and HbeAg negatives were significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusion There is a nice consistency between Pre-S1 and HBeAg.The detection of Pre-S1 can show the replication status of HBV inside the body,Pre-S1 can be taken as a complement to the dectection of traditional hepatitis B virus markers.
