| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在乳头切开（EST）后超细胃镜进入胆道的可行性和应用价值。方法EST后试图将超细胃镜经切开的乳头插入胆道进行观察和治疗5例。结果本组成功插入胆道4例，失败1例。结论超细胃镜在EST后可以直接插入胆道进行观察，对X线下难以确定的结石、难治性结石、胆道肿瘤活检及放置支架可能有较大的帮助，但要方便的进入胆道并有效的开展治疗还需要改进。
