摘    要:将1例人食管癌手术切除组织移植于NIH裸小鼠皮下,建立了人食管鳞状细胞癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型(Eca910709),已传25代,历时2年余传代移植成功率100%。该移植瘤病理组织学的结构与原人体肿瘤的形态相似.电镜形态属鳞状细胞癌。用地高辛标记的Alu探针及DNA-DNA原位杂交方法,证实移植癌中有Alu序列存在,表明移植瘤来源于人类组织。该移植瘤的建立将有助于食管癌病因、发病机理及治疗的研究.

Abstract:A model of transplantation of human esophageal carcinoma in nude mice (Eca910709) was established by the direct transplanting a surgical specimen from a patient with esophagesl squamous carcinoma subeutaneously in the NIH nude mice. The transplanted tumor had been passed on for more than two years through 25 passages. The rate of success was 100%. The patho-histological structure of transplanted tumor was similar to that of the original human tumor and the appearances under the electron rnicroscope was of squamous carcinoma. The authors Performed DNA-DNA in situ hybridization on histological sections with digoxigenin-labelled Alu probes. Alu sequence was present in the transplanted tumor,indicating that the transptanted tumor was of human origin. The Eca910709 will help to sdudy the etioligy .carcinogenesis mechanism,and treatrnent of esopI1ageal carcinoma.
