| 摘 要： | 目的观察可吸收螺钉治疗股骨头骨折的疗效。方法2004年4月-2006年11月对12例股骨头骨折患者采用切开复位可吸收螺钉内固定。结果12例获得6～37个月随访，采用Charnley分数分级评定疗效，总体优良率83．3％。结论可吸收螺钉治疗股骨头骨折固定可靠，减少了二次手术的再损伤，最大限度恢复了髋关节功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of absorbable screw on the treatment for femoral head fracture. Methods From April 2004 to November 2006, 12 patients with femoral head fracture undertook the open reduction and internal fixation using the absorbable screw. Results All patients were followed up after the operation. The followup courses ranged from 6 to 37 months. The hip joint function was evaluated according to Charnley hip function rating system, and the excellence rate was 83.3 %. Conclusion The treatment for femoral head fracture with the internal fixation using the absorbable screw is stable. The absorbable screw will not exodus and bring about the secondary operation. It can maximally recover the hip joint function. |
