尿激酶溶栓加肝素抗凝治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察

目的 :为探讨尿激酶溶栓加肝素抗凝治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效 ,观察对心绞痛缓解、心电图及左心功能的影响 ,并与常规抗心绞痛治疗进行比较。方法 :随机分二组 ,治疗组 5 9例病人 ,采用尿激酶加肝素治疗 ;对照组 5 6例病人 ,常规抗心绞痛治疗。结果 :治疗组心绞痛缓解率、心电图及左心功能改善均明显高于对照组。结论 :尿激酶溶栓加肝素抗凝 ,可迅速控制心绞痛 ,使心电图及左心功能得到改善 ,无并发症发生。

Clinical stud on urokinase and heparin in treating unstable angina

Objective In orber to explore the treatment response and the effect on angina,ECG and left ventricular function,by using urokinase to thrombolysis and heparin to anticoangulation in the treatment of unstable angina;and to compare with the routine group,we use the methods as following.Method 115 patients were divided into 2 groups,Treatment group:59 patients were given urokinase and heparin,Control group:56 patients were given the routine anti-angina treatment.Results It was signitrcathy that the mitigation of angina and the improyement of ECG and left ventricular funcation in the treatment group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion Thrombolysis of urokinase and anticoagulation of heparia have a great advantage in mitigating angina rapibly and improving ECG and left ventricular function and no complication appear.
