| 摘 要： | 采用改良Labrecque法，从人胎肝提取肝再生刺激因子（HSS），并运用于治疗肝硬化病人（15例），并设对照组（15例）予以比较。结果：治疗组病例在自觉症状、体征及生化指标（r-球蛋白、A/G比值）等方面的改善明显优于对照组。并对HSS的制备及应用作了介绍。

| Abstract: | Human fetal liver was used to prepare hepatic stimulator substance(HSS)with modifiedLabrecque,s method to treat 15 cases of hepatocirrhosis. Other 15 cases were taken for con-trol.Results;The symptoms,signs and bilchemical indices(r-globulin,A/G)of HSS groupwere much more improved than those of the controls. The preparation and application of HSSwere introduced. |
