缩微数码影像技术应用与现代化病案管理

目的探讨现代化医院历史纸质病案的存储和利用以及如何与医院信息系统对接问题。方法利用缩微数码影像扫描和计算机技术与医院信息系统结合。结果将新、旧病案首页建立统一的病案首页信息库,解决纸质病案永久保存和数字化利用问题,形成强大的病案查询、检索、阅览、打印与统计分析功能。结论实现新、旧病案信息资源共享和具有法律效力的病案永久保存。

Micro-digital Imaging Technology and Modernized Medical Records Management

Objective To investigate the storage and utilization of paper-based medical records in modernized hospital and how to make it integrate with the hospital information system. Methods Micro-digital imaging scanning and computer technology were used to combine the paper-based medical records with hospital information system. Results The unified database for first page of medical records was established for new and old medical records,which resolved the permanent preservation and digitized utilization of paper-based medical records,and helped forming powerful function of enquiry,retrieval,reading,printing and statistical analysis for medical records. Conclusion Information resource sharing of new and old medical records as well as permanent preservation of medical records with legal effects was realized.
