摘    要:目的:探讨天花粉及其组份对小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。方法:使用LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)释放法,测定天花粉煎剂、天花粉多糖、天花粉蛋白( TCS)注射液对小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的影响,进而探讨天花粉及其组份抗肿瘤活性及机制。结果:天花粉煎剂(4g/kg)、天花粉多糖(200mg/kg)、TCS注射液(6mg/kg)能明显提高小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性(P<0.05),且具有剂量差异性。结论:提示天花粉及其组份具有体内抗肿瘤活性,其机制与促进小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of radix Trichosanthis on NK cells killing activity of mice.Methods Effects of Radix Trichosanthis Decoction(RTD), Radix Trichosanthis Poly-saccharides(RTP) and Trichosanthin Injection(TCSI) on NK cells'killing activity of mice were measured by Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) release assay. It's antitumer activity and mechanism of Radix Trichosanthis(RT) and contents were studied.Results RTD(4g/kg), RTP(200mg/kg) and TCSI(16mg/kg) can improve NK cells' killing activity of mice obviously, and there were correlation between its dose and efficency.Conclusion It indicates that RT and its contents have the antitumer activity in vivo and its mechanism correlates with improving NK cells' killing activity.
