| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨丹参在体外对血小板活化的抑制作用。方法：用流式细胞仪三色分析测定丹参在体外对血小板活化膜表面纤维蛋白原受体(FIB-R)和P-选择素(CD62P)的表达。结果：丹参有保护血小板FIB-R和CD62P被活化、同时部份抑制ADP活化血小板的功能。结论：丹参有抗血小板活化的功能，在血栓性痰病的防治中有积极作用。

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on FIB-R and CD62P Activation of Platelet in Vitro Infection |

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study the action of salvia miltiorrhiza in inhibiting platelet activation in vitro. Methods:Salvia miltiorrhiza,which inhibits the expression of fibrinogen receptor(FIB-R) and P-selection(CD 62P) on activated platelet surface in vitro,were analyzed by tri-color flow cytomety. Results:Salvia miltiorrhiza can inhibit the expression of FIB-R and CD 62P and protect them to be acitvated. It also decreases activation of ADP. Conclusions:Salvia miltiorrhiza have anti-platelet activation,which can prevent action in thrombus of platelet. |
