| 摘 要： | 目的：观察胸腺瘤组织及瘤旁组织端粒酶的活性，探讨其临床意义。方法：用改良的TRAP法检测18例侵袭性胸腺瘤、39例非侵袭性胸腺瘤和瘤旁组织以及20例正常胸腺组织端粒酶活性，用Tecan酶免分析仪连续测定其450—630nm的OD值。结：果：18例侵袭性胸腺瘤及其瘤旁组织端粒酶阳性率及活性强度OD明显高于非侵袭性胸腺瘤。结论：端粒酶的检测有可能作为判别胸腺瘤良、恶性的新指标。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the telomerase activity in thymoma and peficarcinomatous tissues, and its clini- cal significance. Methods ：Telomerase activities were measured by telomere repeated amplification protocol （TRAP） PCR, ELISA in thymoma and pericarcinomatous tissues of 18 eases of invasive thymoma and 39 cases of non - inva- sive thymoma as well as in 20 cases of normal thymoma tissue. Results ：The positive rate and density （optical densi- ty, OD） of telemerase activity in invasive thymoma and the pericarcinotous tissues were both higher than that in non - invasive thymoma. Conlusion：The detection of telomerase activity in thymoma and the periearcinotous tissues could be a new method to identifv invasive thvmoma from non - invasive thvmoma. |
