摘    要:目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)联合疝无张力术治疗高龄前列腺增生症(BPH)并腹股沟疝的可行性及优越性.方法 用环状网塞填充疝环口,以达到修补缺损,用片状补片加强腹股沟管后壁;再一期行TUVP.结果 术后效果满意,具有创伤小、恢复快、腹股沟区无紧缩感、疼痛轻、拔出尿管后排尿顺畅、伤口一期愈合;短期无术后并发症及疝复发的优点.结论 TUVP联合疝无张力术一期治疗高龄BPH并腹股沟疝效果良好,尤其对合并其他内科疾病的患者更具有优越性和实用性.

Abstract:Objective] To research the feasibility and superiority of tranurethral electrovaporization of the prostate plus non-tensility Hernia neoplasty in the treatment of elder benign prostatic hyperplasia and in-guinal hernia.Methods] The defect of hernia ring was filled by cupped plug and posterror wall of inguinal cannal was enhanced by a mesh.Subsequently the TUVP was done in same stage.Result] The recent period efficacy was satisfaction.The wound healing was good.No postoperative complications and relapsing hernia were found.The patient's urination was smooth after removing urinary catheter.Conclusion] This procedure has many advantages which are minor trauma,prompt recover and less postperative complications.TUVP and non-tensility Hernia neoplasty can be performed in one stage for prostatic hyperplasia associated with inguinal hernia,especially in the elderly and other medical concomitant disease.
