伸展型金属支架治疗食管狭窄的疗效评价

采用钛镍记忆合金支架和带膜不锈钢支架治疗食管恶性狭窄71例次，良性狭窄49例次，其中分别对食管、贲门管癌术后吻合口狭窄、晚期食管癌、贲门癌严重吞咽困难、食管癌放疗后狭窄、食管化学烧伤后狭窄、食管癌合并食管气管瘘等进行置管治疗，其操作过程显示：借助内窥镜技术和放射介入技术，能有效地解除消化道梗阻，改善患者的全身营养状况，提高生活质量。这项技术较之传统的置管治疗具有操作简单，病人痛苦小，效果确切等优点，有临床推广价值。

Clinic Evaluation of Treatment with Extension Stent for Esophagostenosis

A stent, Ti-Ni alloy network aud N-type membraned stainless steel. was used totreat malignant esophagostenoses (71 cases or times) and benign esophagostenoses (49 cases ortimes). which were composed of anastomotic stenosis of postresection of esophageal and cardliacarcinoma, stricture caused by esophageal corrosive lesion, cardiospasm, serious dysphagia in ad-vanced esophageal and cardia carcinoma, and tracheo-esophageal fistula, etc. The performance wascompleted under endoscope and interventional radiology. Stenting can deliver patients fromesophageal obstruction and improve life quality and nutriture of them. And it is simple, more effec-tive, less painful to patient and more clinical helpful than other therapies.
