桥小脑角肿瘤的显微手术

目的 采用显微外科技术切除桥小脑角肿瘤，重点分析微创手术技巧。方法 回顾性总结32例采用显微外科技术切除桥小脑角肿瘤的经验。结果 全部均经枕下乳突后曲棍球杆形切口，小骨窗入路，全切除26例，次全切除5例，部分切除1例，术后轻度面瘫7例。结论 采用微创显微外科技术选择最佳手术入路，能够达到肿瘤全切除保护神经功能之目的。

Microsurgical treatment for tumors of cerebellopontine angle

Objective] To explore the surgical skill in the resection of tumor on cerebellopontine angle by microsurgical technique. Method] To summarize the surgical skill in the resection of tumor on cerebellopontine angle by microsurgical technique retrospectively. Results] Microsurgery all entered from ossicle window through post-mastoid under pulvinar, showing hockey incisions. Total, subtotal and partial resection of tumor were undertaken in 26, 5 and 1 patients respectively, with 6 cases suffered from shght facial paralysis after surgery. Conclusion] The best operative approach selected by microsurgery can protect the nerve in the total resection of brain tumor.
