| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理干预对老年房颤患者负性情绪的影响。方法将60例老年房颤患者按入院先后分为干预组(n=30)及对照组(n=30),干预组患者在进行常规检查和治疗的同时给予心理干预。两组患者均于入院2 d、2周后采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SDS)进行评测,比较两组患者的疗效及SAS、SDS评分情况。结果经过心理护理干预后,干预组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.23,P0.05);干预组患者SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对老年房颤患者进行有效的心理护理干预能提高房颤治疗疗效,缓解其负性情绪。
