枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻中的应用效果

目的探讨枯草杆菌二联活茵颗粒联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院2011年3月～2013年3月收治的98例小儿腹泻患者的临床资料，将患者随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各49例。对照组给予常规治疗．观察组在常规治疗的基础之上给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒和蒙脱石散，比较两组的总有效率和相关临床症状的恢复时间。结果观察组的总有效率95．92％，明显高于对照组81．63％（P〈0．05），观察组患儿呕吐停止的时间、体温下降的时间和大便次数与性状的恢复时间均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒和蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用效果良好，能促进患儿各项生理功能的快速恢复，值得大力推广。

Application effect of bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism particles combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To explore the application effect of bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism particles combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with infantile diarrhea were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013.Patients were randomly divided into the control group （n=49） and the observation group （n=49）.In the control group,regular treat- ment was applied while in the observation group,patients were given bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism particles combined with montmorillonite powder on the basis of regular treatment,the total effective rate and recovery time of related clinical symptom were compared. Results The total effective rate （95.92%） in the observation group was ob- viously higher than that （81.63%） （P〈0.05）.The time of stopping vomit,temperature dropping,and recovery time of frequency and character of stool property were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of infantile diarrhea,bacillus subtilis bigeminal viable organism particles combined with montmorillonite powder can obtains a good effect and promote rapid recovery of each physiological function.It is worth to popularize.
