微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的临床效果分析

摘    要:目的研究微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的临床效果。方法选择2010年6月~2013年3月本院接诊的进行口腔种植的100例患者进行研究,随机均分为实验组与对照组。实验组采用微创不翻瓣技术对患者进行口腔种植.对照组采用常规的翻瓣技术对患者进行口腔种植。对两组患者的手术时间、术后肿痛时间、术后抗生素使用时间及术后激素使用时间进行调查分析,并对两组患者的种植成功及满意度进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的手术时间、术后肿痛时间、术后抗生素使用时间及术后激素使用时间均明显短于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患者的种植成功率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),实验组患者的术后满意度明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论微创术不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive flapless technique in oral implant surgery. Methods 100 patients for oral planted from June 2010 to March 2013 were studied.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group were used minimally invasive flapless technique for patients with dental implant,and the control group were used conventional flap technique for patients with oral implant.After surgery,operative time,postoperative pain and swelling time,postoperative antibiotic use time and postoperative steroid use time of the two groups were analyzed,and the successfully planted and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The operative time,postoperative pain and swelling time,postoperative antibiotic use time and postoperative steroid use of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P〈0.05).The success rate of the two groups was planted no significant difference (P〉0.05),the postoperative satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control gorup (P〈0.01).Condusion Flapless minimally invasive surgery techniques in oral implantology has significant clinical effect,worthy of clinical application.
