预防非计划性拔管新型约束护理用具改革与使用的研究

目的 探讨预防非计划性拔管新型约束护理用具的临床应用效果.方法 选取2010年3月～2013年3月本院收治的置管重症患者340例作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组（传统约束带组）170例和观察组（新型约束护理用具组）170例,比较两组的非计划性拔管发生率及干预前后红细胞聚集情况.结果 观察组的非计划性拔管发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组的红细胞中重度聚集发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 预防非计划性拔管新型约束护理用具的临床应用效果较佳,可有效预防非计划性拔管及改善局部微循环.

Study on the reformation and application of new constraint care appliance for the prevention of unplanned extubation

Objective To study the clinical application effect of new constraint care appliance for the prevention of unplanned extubation.Methods 340 critical patients with catheters in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were selected as research object and randomly divided into control group （traditional constraints group）with 170 cases and observation group （new constraint care appliance group）with 170 cases,then the unplanned extubation rate and aggregation of red blood cell before and after intervention in two groups were compared.Results The unplanned extubation rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The aggregation rate of red blood cell of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application effect of new constraint care appliance for the prevention of unplanned extubation is better, and it can effectively prevent the unplanned extubation and improve local microeirculation.
