摘    要:目的 探讨降低新生儿听力筛查复筛率的干预措施.方法 本院采用的筛查仪器为美国格雷斯-斯塔德勒公司生产的GSI 70自动耳声发射听力筛查仪,对所有活产新生儿进行畸变耳声发射检查.选取2012年1~8月在本院出生的400例新生儿,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各200例.对照组采用常规听力筛查方法,观察组对其家长、测试环境、仪器,新生儿及操作人员等进行干预,比较两组的听力筛查复筛率.结果 观察组新生儿听力筛查的复筛率为6.5%,明显低于对照组的19.5% (P<0.05).结论 对新生儿听力筛查操作前及操作过程实施各种干预措施,可有效降低新生儿听力筛查的复筛率.

Investigation of intervention measures for decreasing the repeated screening rate of newborn hearing screening

Abstract:Objective To discuss the intervention measures for hearing screening. Methods The GSI 70 automated otoacoustie decreasing the repeated screening rate of newborn emission hearing screening instrument from Grace- Stadler company in USA was used for the examination of distortion otoacoustic emission for live birth in our hospital. 400 newborns from January to August 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=200) and the observation group (n=200).The control group was given the general method of hearing screening,and the observation group was given the invention of parents,test environment, instrument,newborn and operation staff.The rate of dual-frequency screen were compared between the two groups. Results The the repeated screening rate (6.5%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (19.5%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion The every invention for newborn hearing screening before operation and during operation can effectively decrease the repeated screening rate.
