转移因子口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的效果观察

目的 探讨转移因子口服液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的免疫功能变化与临床疗效.方法 将68例符合疱疹性咽峡炎诊断标准的患儿,随机分成两组,对照组予利巴韦林治疗,观察组加用转移因子口服液治疗,其余治疗方法与对照组相同,观察患儿治疗后的退热时间、疱疹消退时间,并在治疗前后进行免疫功能检测（IgG、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋）.结果 观察组在主要症状、体征持续时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组的总有效率为91.43％,对照组的总有效率为72.76％,观察组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组患儿治疗后IgG、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋升高,CD8＋下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,对照组治疗前后IgG、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋无明显变化（P＞0.05）.结论 转移因子口服液能提高疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的免疫水平,疗效显著,值得推广应用.

The effect observation on the treatment of transfer factor ord solution for herpangina

Objective To observe the changes of immunologic function and the clinical effect of the treatment of Transfer Factor Ord Solution for herpangina. Methods 68 child patients diagnosed with herpangina were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given ribavirin,the observation group was given Transfer factor ord solution and the other treatments were same to the control group.The defervescence time and the regression time of herpes were observed after the treatment.The levels of IgG,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were detected before and after treatment respectively. Results The duration time of the main clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were both shorten than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group （91.43%） was significantly better than it in the control group （72.76%,P〈0.05）.The levels of in IgG,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ the observation group were significantly decreased after the treatment （P〈0.05）.But the levels of in IgG, CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ the control group were not significantly changed after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Transfer factor ord solution can improve the immunologic level of children patients with herpangina,and had remark- able effect which should be implied in clinic.
