聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术治疗股疝的效果

目的 分析聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术治疗股疝的临床效果.方法 将本院2008年8月20日～2010年8月1日收治的80例股疝患者,按就诊顺序分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）,观察组患者采用聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组患者采用传统手术方式治疗.结果 观察组的住院时间、疼痛持续时间、下床活动时间、并发症发生率和复发率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,两组患者的手术时间和术中出血量差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术治疗股疝疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床推广.

Effect of tension-free hernioplasty with polypropylene mesh slice for treatment of femoral hernia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tension-free hernioplasty with polypropylene mesh slice for treatment of femoral hernia. Methods 80 patients with femoral hernia in our hospital from August 20,2008 to August 1,2010 were divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40） by treatment order.Observation group was given tension-free hernioplasty with polypropylene mesh slice therapy and control group was given traditional opera- tion method therapy. Results The time of hospitalization,pain time,the leaving bed time,complication rate,and recur- rence rate in the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences on the operation time and peri-operative bleeding in both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tension-free hernioplasty with polypropylene mesh slice for treatment of femoral hernia is exact,and has a low recurrence rate.It is worthy to be popularized.
