参芎葡萄糖注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果观察

目的观察参芎葡萄糖注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取232例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组。两组均给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上联合参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、心电图结果及血液流变学指标。结果观察组总有效率为95．7％，对照组总有效率为71．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组心电图总有效率为85．3％，对照组心电图总有效率为60．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后的血细胞比容、全血黏度、血浆比黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白原较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组的血细胞比容、血浆比黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血浆纤维蛋白原较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著．且安全可靠。

Clinical effect observation of shenxiong glucose injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of shenxiong glucose injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 232 cases with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,two groups were given conventional treatment,observation group combined with shenxiong glucose injection on the basis of conventional treatment.Clinical effect,the ECG result and blood rheology indexes of two groups were compare.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 95.7%,total effective rate of control group was 71.6%,with statistical dif- ferenee（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate of ECG in observation group was 85.3%,total effective rate Of ECG in control gr~lap was 60.3%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,eryth＇ro- cyte aggregation index and plasma fibrinogen of two groups were significantly lower compared with before treatment, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Hematoerit,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and plasma fibrinogen of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group after treatment,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenxiong glucose injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is obvious effect.It is safe and reliable.
