髌骨骨折的临床护理对策分析

目的分析研究髌骨骨折患者在实施手术后的临床护理措施。方法选取100例髌骨骨折患者，对其实施回顾性研究，在研究过程中主要使用护理对其进行干预，接受手术后的第1天，其簇骨推挤按摩可以由患者自己实施，但是具体问题具体分析。一般情况下是每2～3小时实施1次。结果所选取的100例髌骨患者通过医务人员的细心护理和实施科学合理的康复治疗方法后，身体各功能恢复较好，同时无明显并发症。〈3个月其膝关节的功能完全恢复有78例；活动度为0°-90°，轻度疼痛患者有22例；6个月～1年功能全部恢复的患者有96例。结论髌骨骨折患者术后进行合理有效的护理与适度锻炼，能有效降低心者关节功能的恢复时间，最终减少临床治疗时间。

Countermeasure analysis of clinical nursing on patella fracture

Objective To analyze and study the clinical nursing measures in patients with patella fractures after surgery.Methods 100 patients with patella fractures were selected and retrospectively analyzed. In the process of research,nursing intervention was mainly applied.But the first day after surgery,the manipulations of pushing,squeezing, and rubbing of cluster of bones could be implemented by patients themselves based on specific conditions.Generally, the hand manipulations would be applied every two or three hours per time.Results Through considerate nursing of medical staff and scientific and reasonable rehabilitation,the 100 selected patients with patella fractures recovered quite well and didn＇t display obvious complications. Within three months,78 patients whose functions of knee joints completely recovered with range of motion from 0 to 90 degrees,and the rest presented with mild pain when moving knee joints.There were 96 cases with total recovery of knee joint functions covering from half a year to one year.Conclusion After surgery in patients with patella fractures,reasonable nursing and moderate exercise can effectively reduce the recovery time of joint function,and finally shorten the clinical treatment.
