吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽的效果观察

目的 探讨吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽的效果.方法 选取本院收治的支原体肺炎患者120例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组.对两组患者进行控制感染治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上进行局部雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.8％,明显高于对照组的71.4％（P＜0.05）.治疗组患者体温恢复时间为（2.4±0.3）d,肺部哕音消失时间为（3.6±0.5）d,咳嗽消失时间为（7.1±0.8）d;对照组患者体温恢复时间为（4.4±0.3）d,肺部哕音消失时间为（7.4±0.2）d,咳嗽消失时间为（8.4±0.6）d,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组无并发症发生,对照组有5例出现并发症,并发症率为8.9％.结论 吸入糖皮质激素治疗支原体肺炎致慢性咳嗽能有效抑制患者的咳喘症状,治疗效果非常明显.

Clinical observation of inhaled glucocorticoid in treatment of chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia patients

Objective To study the effects of inhaled glucocorticoid in the treatment of chronic cough causes by My- coplasma pneumonia. Methods 120 cases patients with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups of patients with infection control treatment,the patients in the treatment group were treated with hudesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of infection control treatment.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results In treatment group,the total ef- fective rate was 93.8%,which was higher than that of control group （71.4%）.The average heat recovery time of patients in the treatment group was （2.4~0.3）d,extinction time of puhnonary tales was （3.6＋0.5）d,extinction time of cough was （7.l＋0.8）d;while the time of control group was（4.4＋0.3）,（7.4~0.2）,（8.4~0.6）d respectively,the differences were all statis- tically significant （P〈0.05）.There was no complications in treatment group,and there were 5 patients in control group had complications,the rate of complications was 8.9%. Conclusion Inhaled glucoeorticoid in treatment of chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively inhibit the cough and asthma symptoms,and the treatment ef- fect is very obvious.
