己烯雌酚联合米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床观察

目的 探讨己烯雌酚联合米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年10月～2012年10月绝经后取环患者134例,随机分为两组,67例患者单用米索前列醇为对照组,67例患者联用己烯雌酚与米索前列醇为观察组,比较两组患者的临床指征、疼痛情况、宫颈软化程度、取环效果.结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,疼痛情况、宫颈软化程度、取环效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 己烯雌酚联合米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果显著,可明显减轻患者的疼痛,提高取环成功率.

Clinical observation of diethylstilbestrol combined with misoprostol in IUD removal after menopause

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diethylstilbestrol combined with misoprostol in IUD removal after menopause.Methods 134 postmenopausal women who removed IUD were selected in hospital from October 2010 to October 2012.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,67 patients tieated misoprostol were as control group, 67 patients treated diethylstilbestrol and misoprostol were as observation group.Clinical indications,pain,cervical soft de- gree,ring effect were compared.Results Operation time,intraoperative bleeding in observation group was significantly less than that of control group.Pain,cervical soft degree,ring effect in observation group was significantly better than that of control group.The difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of diethylstilbestrol and misoprostol in IUD removal after menopause is remarkable,which can significantly reduce pain of patients and improve success rate.
