扩大外侧入路治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床观察

目的 探讨扩大外侧入路治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果.方法 2009年6月～2011年6月本院采用扩大外侧入路治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折70例87足,对患者进行相关影像检查并对术后效果进行评价.结果 手术前后两组患者B（o）hler角和Gissane角差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,70例患者单侧骨折49足复位情况较好.70例患者经过治疗,跟骨关节内骨折评分达到65～98分,平均87.9分,优良率为82.8％.结论 扩大外侧入路治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折,临床效果满意.

Surgery of extended lateral approach for intra-articular fractures of calcaneus

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of surgery of extended lateral approach for intra-articu- lar fractures of calcaneus.Methods From June 2009 to June 2011,70 cases of intra-articuar fi＇actures of calcaneus in 87 feet were treated by surgery of extended lateral approach.The relevant imaging examinations were pertbrmed for these patients and their postoperative effect was evaluated.Results Postoperative follow-up conducted for 70 patients showed significant changes of Bdhler angle and Gissane angle （P〈0.05）,as well as better reduction condition in 49 feet of 70 patients with unilateral fracture.After treatment,scores of intra-articular f~actures of ealcaneus in 70 patients were as high as 65-98 with an average of 87.9, the excellent rate was 82.8%.Conclusion For patients with displacement of intra-articular fractures of calcaneus,surgery of extended lateral approach has satistactory clinical effectiveness.
