摘    要:医院药患关系产生主要包括药师因素和患者因素两个方面,药师服务态度差,工作责任心不强,专业知识掌握不扎实,不能与患者进行合适的沟通等容易引起药患纠纷;患者由于疾病困扰,精神和经济的双重压力以及法律意识不断增强,均易引起患者情绪不满,最终引起纠纷。因此,药师应从服务水平、专业技术水平以及沟通等多方面进行提高,在临床工作中,学会正确处理药患关系,真正站在患者的立场想问题、处理问题,减少药患纠纷的产生,不仅可以提升医院形象,也能提高患者对医院的满意度,对于构建和谐的药患关系具有重要意义。

Abstract:Hospital pharmacist-patient relationship consists mainly of pharmacist factor and patient factor.Poor attitude,weak sense of responsibility,lack of solid grasp of expertise and poor communication skills with the patients on the side of pharmacists are prone to pharmacist patient disputes.On the side of the patients,factors like ailments,mental and economic pressures as well as growing awareness of the law are easy to cause the patient emotional dissatisfaction, which may ultimately lead to disputes.Therefore,pharmacists should make improvments in service level,professional skills and other aspects of communication skills.In clinical practice,they should learn how to correctly handle the rela- tionship between pharmacists and patients and really think and hadle problems from the stand point of the patiens.As a result,pharmacist-patient disputes can he reduced,image of the hospital can be enhanced and patient satisfaction with the hospital can also be improved,which will all contribute to harmonious pharmacist patient relationship.
