导尿管留置导致尿路感染的临床分析及护理

目的 分析导尿管留置导致尿路感染的相关因素,深入探究预防尿路感染的护理措施.方法 随机选取本院收治的患者180例,均留置导尿管,其中39例患者发生尿路感染,141例患者未发生尿路感染.综合分析留置导尿管患者发生尿路感染的相关因素及需要采取的护理对策.结果 单因素分析显示年龄较大、导尿管留置时间长、进行膀胱冲洗和尿道口消毒护理未彻底是尿路感染的重要相关因素,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.多元Logistic回归分析显示年龄、导尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗和尿道口护理是尿路感染的独立危险因素.结论 针对留置导尿管的患者,加强对年龄较大者的护理,尽量缩短导尿管留置时间,避免膀胱冲洗,对患者尿道口进行及时彻底的消毒护理,能有效预防尿路感染的发生.

Clinical analysis and nursing care of urinary tract infection caused by indwelling catheter

Objective To analyze relevant factors of urinary tract infection caused by indwelling catheter and further explore nursing interventions to prevent urinary tract infection.Methods 180 patients in our hospital were randomly selected and given indwelling catheter.39 patients had urinary tract infection,141 patients did not have urinary tract infection.Relevant factors of urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling catheter and nursing strategies were analyzed.Results Univariate analysis indicated that older,long-time indwelling catheter,bladder irrigation and incomplete disinfection of the urinary meatus were important factors of urinary tract infection,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,catheterization time,bladder and urethra washing care was an independent risk factor for urinary tract infections.Conclusion Enhancing care for elder patients,shortening indwelling time,avoiding bladder irrigation and prompt and thorough disinfection of the urinary meatus are effective in preventing urinary tract infection among patients with indwelling catheter.
