舒糖宝与荔枝水提取液对糖尿病小鼠模型疗效的比较研究

目的 探讨中药舒糖宝与荔枝水提取液对糖尿病小鼠模型的治疗效果.方法 用ALX与STZ造模小鼠,并分成模型组、治疗1组及治疗2组,另设正常组.治疗1组采用舒糖宝治疗,治疗2组采用荔枝提取液治疗,模型组和正常组不采取任何治疗.测定造模前后及治疗后血糖,并测定治疗结束时血清生化指标.结果 造模前各组血糖差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;造模后三组血糖与正常组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后正常组及治疗1组的血糖明显低于其他两组（P＜0.01）,模型组的三酰甘油含量明显高于其他三组（P＜0.01）;肾脏病理检查显示,模型组小鼠肾脏有一定损害,治疗组较轻.结论中药舒糖宝能明显降低糖尿病模型小鼠血糖水平,荔枝提取液的治疗效果不够明显,但两者都能使三酰甘油水平明显降低.

Comparison study of the curative effects of shutangbao and litchi water extract on diabetic mouse model

Objective To explore the curative effect of Chinese medicine shutangbao and litchi water extract on diabetic mouse model. Methods ALX and STZ were used to establish the models of diabetic mouse,then they were divided into the model group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and the normal group.Treatment group lhey was treated with shutangbao,treatment group 2 was treated with litchi water extract,no treatment on the model group and the nor- mal group.The blood glucose of mice were measured before and after the models set up,and the blood biochemical in- dicators were measured at the end of treatment. Results Before the models set up,the differences of blood glucose content between the groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;the differences of blood glucose content between the normal group and other groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the blood glucose content of normal group and treatment group 1 were obviously higher than those of other groups（P〈0.01）;the TG content of normal group was obviously higher than those of other groups（P〈0.01）;the renal pathologic examination showed that the kidney of mice in model group had certain damage,while the treatment groups were affected less than the model group. Con- dusion The blood glucose levels of diabetic mice model were decreased dramatically when they were treated with shutangbao,and the treatment effect of lichi water extract is not obvious,but both shutangbao and lichi water extract could reduce the content of TG obviously.
