37例中成药致药疹的临床分析

目的 探讨中成药所致药疹的特征及发生原因,为药疹的防治提供参考.方法 对本院37例中成药致药疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 中药注射剂是诱发药疹的主要剂型（占44.4％）,以联合用药者见多（占75.7％）;仅发生1次药疹者较少（占8.1％）.结论 提高对中成药所致药疹的认识,慎用中药注射剂,减少联合用药,详细询问用药史,可以有效预防药疹的发生.

Clinical analysis of 37 cases of drug eruption induced by Chinese patent medicine

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis and characteristics of drug eruption induced by Chinese patent medicine for providing some referential materials on prevention and treatment of drug eruption. Methods Clinical data of 37 patients suffered from drug eruption were analyzed retrospectively. Results Traditional Chinese medicine injec- tion was the dominating dosage-form for inducing drug eruptions （accounted for 44.4%）,most of the cases occurred when drugs were used in combination（accounted for 75.7%）,and few of the patients（accounted for 8.1%） had drug erup- tion for only once.Conclusion Prevention of drug eruption could be realized by way of learning more relevant knowl- edge,cautiously accepting the Chinese herbal injection,avoiding drug combination,as well as inquiry for the history of drug application of patients in detail.
