后天获得性心脏瓣膜病的临床治疗分析

摘    要:目的探讨射频消融结合瓣膜置换治疗后天获得性心脏瓣膜病的效果。方法选择后天获得性心脏瓣膜病患者80例,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组均采用瓣膜置换治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用射频消融治疗。结果两组均无死亡患者,治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。两组患者的LAD、RVEDD、LVEDD及EF值治疗后均明显下降(P〈0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论手术治疗后天获得性心脏瓣膜病是目前的有效治疗方法,而射频消融的应用能有效改善超声心动图指标,从而有效提高治愈率,减少并发症的发生。

Clinical treatment analysis of acquired valvular heart disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation combined with valve replacement in treatment of acquired valvular heart disease. Methods 80 cases of patients with acquired valvular heart disease were equally divided into treatment group and control group according to the different method of treatment,all the patients were adopted valve replacement therapy,on this basis,the treatment group was added with radiofrequency ablation. Results There was no deaths in both of the two groups,the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05),while the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).After the treatment,the LAD,RVEDD,LVEDD and EF values of the two groups were all significantly de- creased(P〈0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion It is an effec tire treatment for acquired valvular heart disease treated by operation,and the application of radiofrequency ablation can effectively improve the echocardiographic parameters,thus effectively improve the cure rate and reduce complications.
