高频B超在乳腺疾病诊断中的临床应用分析

目的探讨高频B超对乳腺疾病的临床诊断价值。方法选择2012年1月～2013年4月本院收治的50例乳腺良性肿瘤及30例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均经过病理证实，并给予高频B超检查。对比分析高频B超对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。结果高频B超准确诊断乳腺良性肿瘤42例，乳腺癌19例，与病理诊断结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论使用高频B超对乳腺良性肿瘤和乳腺癌的鉴别具有一定价值，是一种简便的方法。

Clinical application analysis of high frequency B ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast diseases

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnostic value of high frequency B ultrasound in breast diseases. Methods 50 cases of patients with breast benign tumor and 30 patients with breast cancer admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to April 2013 were selected as clinical research objects.All the patients were pathologically con- firmed and examined by high frequency B ultrasound.The diagnostic values of high frequency B ultrasound and pathology on breast diseases were compared. Results 42 cases were accurately diagnosed as breast benign tumor and 19 cases were correctly confirmed as breast cancer by high frequency B ultrasound,in comparison with pathological di- agnosis,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of high frequency B ultrasound has certain values on the identification of breast benign tumor and breast cancer, which is a simple and convenient approach.
