| 摘 要： | BMI－1基因是PCG家族的重要成员之一，是一种原癌基因，最初于1991年在鼠淋巴瘤中被发现。经过几十余年的研究，日前已对BMI－1的基因分子结构、所编码氨基酸序列以及与胚胎发育的关系有了更深一步的认识。近年来，人们发现BMI－1与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切，BMI－1基因与肿瘤关系之间的研究更是近年来的研究热点。

| Abstract: | Gene of BMI-I as an important member of polyeomegroup is a protooncogene.h was originally discovered from mouse lymphoma in 1991.After dozens of years＇ research,molecular structure of BMI-l,sequence of coded amino acid, and relationship between BMI-1 gene and embryonic development have been further acknowledged.Recently, close relationship between BMI-1 and tumor has been found,which has become a research hotspot in recent years. |
