腹腔镜与开腹Ladd手术治疗新生儿肠旋转不良的效果比较

目的探讨腹腔镜Ladd手术与开腹Ladd手术治疗新生儿肠旋转不良的临床效果。方法将本院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的肠旋转不良患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,分别行开腹Ladd手术与腹腔镜Ladd手术治疗,比较两组患儿手术及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,应激时间、肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）;观察组并发症发生率为3．45％,显著低于对照组的17．24％（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜Ladd手术治疗新生儿肠旋转不良效果显著,手术创伤小、术后恢复快、安全性高,具有较好的临床应用价值。

The effect comparison of ladd laparoscopic and open surgical in treatment of neonatal intestinal malrotation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ladd laparoscopic and open surgical in treatment of neonatal intestinal malrotation.Methods The neonatal intestinal malrotation from January 2011 to January 2012 admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group amd observation group,they were given open surgery and ladd la- paroscopic surgery respectively,and the operation situation and occurrence of complications in children were compared between two groups.Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that of the control group,stress time, recovery of bowel function and length of stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group respectively （P〈 0.05）;complication rate of the observation group was 3.45%,was significantly lower than 17.24% of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of ladd laparoscopic in the treatment of neonatal intestinal malrotation is significant,and it has surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,safety and has good clinical value.
